Snug Valley Farms
Snug Valley Farm, owned and operated by the Nottermann family, is nestled in the mountains of Northeastern Vermont. For many years, we were successful dairy farmers and Holstein breeders so it was a natural transition for us to use our years of experience to raise natural grass-fed, grass-finished beef for your table. We have been raising grass-fed beef in Vermont since 1989 with the utmost care and respect. Ben and his wife Kelly, the second generation on the operation, are continuing the operation with a focus on regeneratively grazed and raised beef with a mindset of being stewards of the land for future generations.
